Converting Terminating Decimals into Fractions:

The steps to convert a terminating decimal number to its simplest frac{p}{q} form are as follows:

1. Obtain the rational number

2. Count the number of digits in the decimal part.

3. Remove the decimal point from the number and write 1 as its denominator followed by as many zeros as the number of digits in the decimal part.

4. Convert the fraction obtained in step 3 to its lowet form
